Founder of The Green Nook
Where plants and dance take root
Christina Adams-Harris is the Founder and CEO of The Green Nook — a wellness studio and plant boutique thoughtfully designed to nurture connection, inspire movement, and create moments of peace within the community.
Born and raised in San Diego, Christina’s journey is a unique blend of creativity, business, and activism — all driven by her passion for cultivating spaces that feel good, inside and out. Her lifelong love of dance began with tap, ballet, and jazz at the age of four, and for a time, she also coached cheerleading, finding joy in supporting and uplifting others through teamwork and spirit.
Professionally, Christina’s path has taken her through real estate, accounting, and business management, equipping her with the structure and insight needed to build a purpose-driven brand. But her impact extends beyond entrepreneurship. As a dedicated community advocate, Christina is committed to social equity, environmental justice, and creating accessible, inclusive spaces for healing and collective care. Her activism is deeply woven into the heart of The Green Nook, where sustainability, representation, and wellness converge.
The Green Nook reflects Christina’s love for plants, movement, and community connection. It’s a space where nature is celebrated, wellness feels approachable, and people are encouraged to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect — with themselves and with others.
Her mission is rooted in transformation and care: to provide a welcoming environment where growth happens naturally, movement feels joyful, and everyone leaves feeling more grounded, empowered, and inspired.
